Roof Trusses
The Scandia-Hus Factory supply prefabricated timber roof trusses from our facility in Sussex and deliver throughout the South East of England, including Surrey, East Sussex, West Sussex and parts of Kent and Hampshire.
We provide high-quality solutions for a range of roofing applications using sustainable TR26 grade structural timber.
We offer bespoke roof trusses made to order. Our custom roof trusses, designed with Wolf Systems a leading company in the manufacture of timber engineering components, are tailored to client specifications, offering flexibility in shapes and spans.

Eco Joists
Eco joists, also known as open metal web joists, combine the lightness of timber with the strength of steel. The open web design of the floor joists enable quick and easy installation of services such as plumbing, wiring and ductwork, reducing installation time on building projects.
Our eco joists are constructed using the highest quality TR26 grade softwood sourced from sustainable forests.
We offer eco joists that are designed and supplied to customer specifications, and delivered throughout the South East, including East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey and parts of Kent and Hampshire.
